Fareed's journey started with an internship after he graduated from Pace University where he laid the foundation for a successful career in the financial services industry. Although he started as an Intern, Fareed quickly ascended through the ranks, honing his skills in marketing, analytics, capabilities, and learning and development. He played pivotal roles in various divisions with client organizations, from managing campaign execution, advising on targeting criteria, and upskilling others of platform capabilities. Fareed's career has been marked by versatility and innovation, with each transition offering new challenges and learning experiences.

Having maintained close ties with his professional network over the years, Fareed witnessed the transition of many colleagues into consulting roles. Inspired by their experiences and driven by the prospect of new opportunities and company cultures, Fareed found himself drawn to the world of consulting. It was a natural progression, a seamless continuation of his journey fueled by his connections and curiosity.
