  • Moving away from a reactive-service desk support model, Blend embedded agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog management and prioritization and provided streamlined governance in the team enabling leadership to prioritise delivery.
  • Designed and implemented a Cloud Data Platform solution to build scalable data solutions, increase agility and support advanced analytics and predictive models.
  • Introduced an analytics environment (Databricks) and robust data management through Unity Catalog which streamlined data management and access to actionable business insights.
