The awards are based on data collected from thousands of client satisfaction surveys, and the winners are determined based on a rigorous evaluation process, using an NPS rating. This score, called Net Promoter® Score or NPS, is used to compare participating companies to respective industries such as Management Consulting.
Blend360 achieved a Best in Class NPS rating of 76% for customer satisfaction, while the company more than doubled in size during 2022. In addition, the Talent Solutions division ran a survey for their consultants and scored a 70% NPS score which is considered world-class. This puts Blend in an elite class as an industry leader in customer and talent satisfaction.
