2024 has been a transformative year for our Colombia team. Notable achievements include delivering groundbreaking solutions like AI-driven academic curricula for the Education Ministry and RAG-based architectures for public sector modernization. These projects not only showcase our technical expertise but also highlight the impact we make on critical societal challenges.
Additionally, our team grew by an impressive 46%, welcoming top talent to our ranks. With 25 AWS Practitioner and 5 AI Practitioner certifications earned through our NextGen Academy, we’re investing in our people and equipping them with the skills to lead in the evolving tech landscape.
Our Colombia office is more than a workplace—it’s a thriving community. This year, we launched “AI Day,” an event that united over 700 participants to explore the frontiers of AI ethics and innovation. We also left our mark at Andicom, one of Latin America's premier tech conferences, with a strong presence that deepened regional partnerships.
Team-building events like soccer matches, festive parties, and engaging workshops continue to foster camaraderie and connection, ensuring our culture remains vibrant and inclusive as we grow.
