Rich leads our Telecom/Media/Technology (TMT) and Retail practice. He spearheads growth within the TMT and Retail sectors, providing solutions to grow clients’ businesses. Clients rely on Rich to help them apply analytic techniques to solve complex business problems.
Rich began his career as an analytical consultant within a division of Bell Labs, then progressed through various leadership roles in Product Management, Marketing, and Operations with AT&T, Cingular Wireless and AT&T Mobility, where he most recently led AT&T’s Retail Marketing and Operations organization in the East. His career highlights include launching and managing an industry leading prepaid wireless product, growing and optimizing AT&T’s retail distribution, and maximizing the retail customer experience.
Rich holds a BS in Mathematics from The Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Statistics from Rutgers University.
